Brief Biographical Sketch:
James has been a parishioner from the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower for the last 51 years. James was born in San Antonio Texas and was educated in the San Antonio public schools and attended San Antonio College for two years. He served in the United States Marine Corp. from 1950-1952. James was employed at Kelly AFB for thirty-eight years of government service.

James & Elisa have three children, James, 52, Ron, 50, and Michael 44 yrs. old.

James is actively involved in his parish in the roles of Vigil for the deceased, Rosaries in English and Spanish, Baptism Class Instructions, Extraordinary minister of Communion during Mass and to the Sick and Homebound of the parish. James also provide a Sunday Communion Service to the Little Flower Parishioners who reside at the William Booth Garden Apartments and can no longer attend Mass at the Basilica and take communion every first Wednesday of the month to those Seniors who spend the day at the Agape Senior Day Care Center.
