Early bird registration
   •$20 if received by September 12, 2008.

Regular registration
   •$40 and must be received by October 20, 2008.

This deadline must be adhered to due to site requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTES

ADA
The Norris Conference Center is handicapped accessible; however, if you need personal assistance, you must bring your own caregiver.

Special Needs
We will try to accommodate the needs of participants. Please clearly indicate any special needs on your registration form.

Recording
Individual audio/video taping of conference keynote and breakout sessions is not allowed.

Pictures
Photos may be taken during the conference for post conference publicity and historical record. Participants will be asked to sign a Photo Release Form upon conference check-in.

Exhibits
Exhibitors and other vendors will be available during the day.

Food
Participants are encouraged to have lunch before conference opening. There is a food court located in Crossroads Mall. Dinner is included in Conference registration and will be served in the main hall.

Children
We regret that we are not able to accommodate for the care of children.
